Super Cool Kids Club

Des Plaines, IL – October 2nd, 2023 – Orthodontic Experts, a multi-location orthodontic clinic across three states, understands the need for braces and orthodontic treatment. We also acknowledge and promote that your child should first see an orthodontist at the age of seven. This does not mean that your child needs braces when they come in. Instead, it simply means that the progression of your child’s teeth needs to be assessed around the age of seven. However, for those children who are not yet seven years old or are just not yet ready for the implementation of braces, Orthodontic Experts offers a free and fun rewards program to engage with Orthodontic Experts through our activities, events, and more; we call these children our Super Cool Kids Club!

With the Super Cool Kids Club, any child that is not yet our patient is able to participate. Since we utilize a rewards program for our patients entitled the Patient Rewards Hub, the Super Cool Kids Club is set up through the same program. Regardless, within both the Super Cool Kids Program and the Patient Rewards Hub, points are earned and stored.

Each month, through the Orthodontic Experts Patient Rewards Hub, we communicate with children that still have their baby teeth. By offering each child fun events to attend that our teams will also be attending as well as activities and challenges to paricipate in, the Super Cool Kids Club is able to earn rewards points that the club member can roll over for prizes when they start treatment. These points do not actually have a limit, so your young one is able to truly take advantage of the fun that is offered to all our patients and more. However, because your child is not yet a patient, they are able to grow their points until they officially become a patient of Orthodontic Experts and join the Patient Rewards Program.

Once they are officially our patient, the next step is to register for our Patient Rewards Hub. This will further allow Orthodontic Experts to engage with your child as well as offer them even more fun events, activities, and challenges. For instance, each month, we offer points to those patients that chose the color of the month. Therefore, if the child participates in these activites, then their Patient Rewards Hub will reflect their participation through rewards points. Since the child is now officially an Orthodontic Experts patient, though, they will now be able to cash in those rewards points for prizes. For every 100 points, you are able to redeem a $10 giftcard to one of many participating businesses.
