About Whipp Law
Attorney Megan Whipp specializes in wealth preservation and values-based planning for individuals, as well as small-business owners, entrepreneurs, and real estate investors. Whether you are married or single, with a traditional family or blended one, just starting out or looking back on a life well-lived, Megan’s legal expertise can guide you through the financial and legal decisions to ensure the well-being of your family, businesses and hard-earned investments Megan graduated cum laude from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles in 2017. After graduation, Megan was an associate at Winston & Strawn LLP and Morrison & Foerster LLP where she represented fortune 500 companies in California consumer class actions and business litigation.
In 2022, Megan founded her own law firm dedicated to providing estate planning services to families, individuals and small business owners. Megan chose to concentrate on the Trust and Estates practice area because she is passionate about helping her clients obtain financial security and freedom through strategic planning.
Megan’s own family includes her husband, Damon and her two dogs. When she is not serving clients, Megan enjoys exploring the real estate market and managing her rental properties. On the weekends, she likes reading the “Off Duty” section of the Wall Street Journal and caring for her growing collection of houseplants.
