Vehicle must be free and clear of any and all liens.
Vehicle must have clean Florida title free of all brands.
Competing offers must be in writing for a direct purchase-only agreement.
(Trade-In valuation on a contract does NOT qualify as a direct purchase only agreement)
Offer must be from a licensed and bonded dealer. Private party sale comps do not qualify.Vehicle must be drivable.
Seller must be located within 25 miles of Honest Autos.
To receive $200 payment, Honest Autos must have a fair opportunity to match or beat the competing offer.
